A full day of AI workshops — the morning gets your hands moving, the afternoon makes you think. Come for one or stay for both.
This day does both.
The morning is hands-on — you’ll open the tools, use them for real tasks, and leave knowing what you’re actually dealing with.
The afternoon is minds-on — you’ll wrestle with the ethical questions that most “intro to AI” courses conveniently skip.
Together, they’re the AI education that should exist everywhere but doesn’t.
You can attend one or both. But I’d strongly recommend the full day — because learning to use a powerful thing without thinking about how to use it responsibly is how we got into most of the messes we’re currently in.
Morning
9.30am | 3.5 hours | Live on Zoom
You’ve heard the hype. You’ve seen the headlines. Maybe you’ve even typed something into ChatGPT once, got a weirdly confident but slightly wrong answer, and closed the tab. Or maybe you’ve been reluctant to even touch it all.
This workshop is where you actually start. Not by sitting through slides about “the future of work” but by opening the tools and using them. You’ll create things, break things, laugh at things, and come away understanding what these tools actually are, what they’re good at, what they’re terrible at, and how to make them genuinely useful in your work.
No jargon. No coding. No prior experience needed. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to play.
👂 You keep hearing about AI but haven’t really got stuck in yet — and you want to, without feeling stupid.
🤷 You’ve poked around with ChatGPT but aren’t sure you’re getting the most out of it (or any of the others).
🧠 You want to understand what’s actually going on under the hood — in plain language, not computer science.
🛠️ You want practical skills you can use immediately, not theoretical waffle you’ll forget by Tuesday.
You’ll also learn the fundamental rules of using AI responsibly — including why you should never put anything confidential into these tools, and why the last touch should always be human. We establish these before you touch anything, because they matter.
Afternoon
2pm | 2 hours | Live on Zoom
Most AI ethics conversations are either hand-wringing panic or corporate box-ticking. This is neither.
AI is changing everything. You know that already. But while most people are busy debating whether AI will steal their jobs, fewer are asking the harder questions: Whose knowledge did these systems learn from? Who benefits from the data you’re feeding them? And what happens to human expertise when we outsource our thinking?
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a space to wrestle with the genuinely hairy ethical questions that don’t have clean answers — bias, privacy, ownership, environmental impact, cognitive reliance — and to do it alongside other people who are actually using this stuff in their work.
🤔 You’re using AI but something about it makes you uncomfortable — and you want to figure out what that is.
⚖️ You want to understand the real trade-offs, not just the hype or the doom.
🗣️ You’d rather debate than be lectured at.
💡 You want to walk away with sharper thinking, not just more information.
This isn’t about being told what to think. It’s about being equipped to think clearly in a landscape that’s shifting faster than anyone can map. If you want tidy answers, this probably isn’t for you. If you want to sharpen your thinking and figure out where you actually stand — let’s go.
Honest answer: it depends. These workshops are designed for a specific kind of person, and that’s deliberate.
My name is DJ and I’m a business owner, a collaborative culture facilitator, and an AI enthusiast!
I designed and have been running Happy Ltd’s flagship AI workshops since January 2024 – Introduction to AI and The Art of Prompt Engineering and started my own Collaborative AI Learning Lab community in 2025. I have reams of positive feedback (check out the carousel below for just some of it!) – and this has left me incredibly proud of what I’ve designed and reaffirmed it’s very much needed.
My approach isn’t about making AI simple – it’s about using AI in a way that balances your ethics and skill development, making you dangerously effective with it while your competitors are still googling ‘best prompts for ChatGPT’.
I don’t claim to know absolutely everything (though having done this for a few years now, I’ve got a pretty good bank of knowledge!), but that’s the point of this – we’re here to learn together in this ever-shifting world! The value I bring is helping you draw the connections from the technology out there to the challenges you’re facing.

Friday 20th March.
Morning workshop: 9.30am-1pm.
Afternoon workshop: 2pm-4pm.
Breaks every 1-1.5hrs.
Live on Zoom. You’ll receive the link after booking. You’ll need a computer (not just a phone) so you can use the AI tools alongside the session.
Before the day, please sign up for free accounts with at least two of the following: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Claude. I’d highly recommend Claude as the most ethical of the bunch — but it’s good to have a couple to compare.
ChatGPT and Copilot look like you can use it without logging in but it will be limited and you will lose your conversation. If you can’t see your name, you’re usually not logged in so look for the sign up / sign in button.
If you have any access needs or there are ways I can help make your learning experience better, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Drop me an email at dj@rainbowdragon.digital before the day.
Learn the tools. Question the tools. Leave sharper than you arrived.
If you enjoy the workshops and want to keep developing your AI skills alongside other switched-on people, the Collaborative AI Learning Lab (CALL) is a free, ongoing monthly programme where we experiment, share, and stay ahead together.
If you’ve read my principles and you think we are aligned, fill in the form and let me know what you need!
I’ve been quietly breathing fire into some colourful new projects. Drop your email below, and you’ll be first to know when they’ve hatched.
